Grand Prize Winner - $200 Mayesh Gift Certificate:
L’Nique Networking Event - Neil from Neil Leeson Decor Floral
“ This event, held at the warehouse of the linen company where I have rented my linens for the past 14 years, was an event industry networking event with a guest list well over 1000 people, in which I got to set my mind free and do whatever I felt like dreaming up for my space, which is always a fun and exciting way to create! I decided upon a long table with a white tufted leather loveseat at each end, flanked by rows of rouched chiavari chairs accessorized with rhinestone belts adorned with rhinestone and pearl brooches. Two very large “flower towers” in lime and white rose up from each end of the table and acted as support pillars for a 12’ long canopy of flowers and white shell balls dripping over an elaborate tablescape of assorted vases with flowers and candles arranged atop a runner made completely of beveled mirrors.”

Desert Bubbles Inspired by Palm Springs - Judy of Enchanted Garden Floral Design
”Inspired by Palm Springs nostalgia & modern elegance, soft delicate bubbles are the main accent, and are elegantly placed amongst an enchanting desert backdrop. Geometric patterns and hues of yellow are combined with white and grey tones to enhance the impression of casual beauty found throughout popular Palm Springs hotels. The flowers include garden roses, ranunculus, gardenias, pin cushions and craspedia, all placed on top of each vase, so as to showcase the shape and clarity of the bubbles.”

“This intimate dinner hosted in a dry creek bed just outside the Windy City featured a range of 3 shades of blue hydrangeas and xerographica tillandsia and individual place favors of cut echevaria. The burlap cloth overlay gave textural contrast to the otherwise elegant table.”
